Manage or cancel your subscription

Subscriptions are handled by the store. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Restore a purchase

In the app, open your Profile (tap your avatar on the home screen) and choose Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.

The camera does not count my reps

• Stand your phone upright in front of you so your arms, torso and knees are in frame.
• Use good, even light, and keep the phone steady.
• Go all the way down and all the way up: half reps are not counted.
• If counting still fails, choose "Mark without camera" to log the set by hand.

Your data

Your training data stays on your phone, and camera images are never saved or sent. Anonymous usage data can be turned off in Profile → Privacy. Uninstalling the app deletes the data stored on your phone. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
