By downloading or using Pushup Rank ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What the app is

Pushup Rank is a push-up training app: it plans workouts, counts repetitions and timed holds using your phone's camera, and tracks ranks, medals, records and streak points. All of this is for general fitness and entertainment.

2. Health and safety

The app is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor or qualified trainer. Talk to a doctor before starting any exercise programme, especially if you have an injury, a medical condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether exercise is safe for you. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. Exercise carries a risk of injury, and you do it at your own risk. Make sure the space around you is safe and the phone is placed where you cannot fall onto or trip over it.

Rep counting and form checks are automatic and can be wrong. Counts, ranks and records are for motivation, not official measurements.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Some features need a paid subscription ("Pro"). Prices and terms are shown in the app before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription at its end unless you cancel before then. Each user is eligible for one trial.
• You can manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

4. Your use of the app

You agree not to copy, reverse engineer, resell or interfere with the app, or use it to break the law. We may update, change or discontinue features.

5. Ownership

The app, its artwork, sounds, text and design belong to Nedim Özhan Eyüpreisoğlu or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own devices. Your training data on your device is yours.

6. Disclaimer and limit of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the app or from reliance on its counts, plans or rankings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law forbids excluding it.

8. Apple and Google

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app, its support or any claims relating to it.

9. Changes and termination

We may change these terms; the updated date will show above, and continued use means you accept the change. You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access if you break these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and courts there have jurisdiction, without removing any consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
